And I'm really grateful for his help. Jake is very knowledgeable and professional. He asked me a few questions and figured out what size I need very quickly. The jacked arrived promptly with a storing bag as a bonus. The jacket is beautiful and fits perfectly. Thank you, Jake!

I was looking for a specific coat, Janan had it in my size. Called to see how pick-up worked and they mentioned I could try it on to be sure. I purchased the coat online and next day I got a very nice email asking if I wanted same-day delivery or pick-up. Since I wanted to ensure I got the right size, I selected pick-up and was able to try it on, safely, outside, along with a few similar coats. Safe - easy and pleasant experience. My coat was beautifully wrapped and I was off within a few minutes.

I had doubts about the legitimacy of the site and its return policy so I canceled my order. I had an almost immediate follow-up and a very professional person even called me back to reassure me. Unfortunately, I didn't like the style of the coat and I returned it at no cost. I highly recommend this store for the service and their competitive price.
