β β β β β I used to be an Olsen frequent costumer,But in my last shopping I had the worst experience ever.And no Olsen anymore.The manager had a terrible unprofessional manner.She got my purchased staff which was supposed to be exchanged or changed for a store credit to put in the garbage. And she did.

β β β β β Horrible store manager with no customer service skills. Staff also don't know their own store policies. Was told two different things regarding exchanges. Manager treated me terribly. I will be calling head office to file a complaint.
