From in-store shopping at many of its Toronto locations to shopping on-line, I have always had highly satisfactory and successful customer experience. New Balance's team of employees is remarkable! Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable while simultaneously personable and kind. Furthermore, everyone is empathetic and sympathetic to the his/her/their customers' circumstances. The Bayview Village location is wonderful! The layout of the store is always well-organized and tidy. The store's atmosphere is inviting. The team is readily and eagerly available without being overbearing and pushy. If something is unavailable in the store, the team will do its very best to find a solution. I cannot thank this team and Sean McGrath for always taking such good care of me! I am a New Balance devotee for life! Love and gratitude, MC XO

Geoffrey was super patient, knowledgeable and friendly from the moment I stepped in the store. I drove almost an hour to purchase a pair of shoes after getting terrible customer service from 2 local shoe stores closer to me. Geoffrey got me the right size and did an analysis of my feet + recommended which shoes to get. Unfortunately about 2 weeks after my purchase, there was a defect and upon calling him, he was quick to offer me a solution and I was able to get my shoes exchanged. Travelling this far with 2 small children is not an easy task, but Geoffrey's legendary customer service made it worth it. Highly recommend this store and all the staff.

He was able to find out what exactly it was I needed by asking open ended questions and getting the right shoe for me. Tough to come across amazing service like this.

My recent experience at the Bayview Village New Balance store was very satisfying as the sale person , Andrew, keyed in to my needs and the first pair of cross country shoes he showed me was a great and comfortable fit. I did not expect to find a fit as is the usual case. I was so happy to find a fit for my size 15 that I bought 2 pairs. Grey and black. So, if you are a hard to fit large size , see Andrew at the Bayview Village store.

But Helen measured both my mom and my feet and we were so impressed that we both got a pair which she ordered for us. Love the machine that measures feet and love Helen's customer service.
