C	C. A. Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard answers from the staff are: "I don't know" and "We don't do that". They never follow up after contractors' work. I once had to ask them to clean up the hall THREE WEEKS after the installation of an appliance. They never do or finish a project on time, offering only "due to unforeseen circumstances" as an excuse. The only communication with the tenants is a notice at the main elevators and that is not timely. The place is noisy and dirty. Some tenants have to use electric heaters because the building won't repair their heating system. One tenant went SIX YEARS without an oven because they told her that that was an upgrade and would raise her rent to replace it. New elevators that were announced six years ago were finally installed, but the installation took over six months. There is absolutely no way to contact the national or regional offices of this property management company and that should tell you something about their responsiveness. The location is great, but this building is not worth that convenience. Look elsewhere if you want a nice place to live.

As most of us know, the rental situation is currently unprecedented and getting what you want can elude you, most especially if you are a minority and have family. Well, in my case I remain grateful, that I found Capreit, met Tabatha and crew who communicated their requirements and answered all my questions. I did my due diligence, not knowing if I will get the place.To cut the long story short, I got the place. Anyone coming from the above stand point, we understand, why I am impressed with this lovely team. I would highly recommend Tabatha and Capreit team anytime !!! Keep it up and stay encouraged!!!

Any concerns or repair requests that I have brought to their attention have been dealt with immediately & I'm most appreciative, a welcome change from my previous rental experience !
