★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have breathing problems or dislike the smell of tobacco and second hand smoke be very careful of these apartments.
They allow smoking in apartments and on balconies, but not in common areas.
Unfortunately, the smoke from the smoker's apartments and balconies travels into non-smoker's apartments.
The ventilation system doesn't allow individual apartments to control the level of ventilation so it is very difficult to get rid of the smell of second hand smoke. Not at all good.
