★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved to this building and I have to say I have never experienced a more peaceful and nice building. And the building manager Lorrie is hands down the best landlady I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my life. Thank you Kirkauldy and thank you Lorrie for such a wonderful place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirkcaldy apartments is a great example of a well kept affordable rental in beautiful James Bay. The property is quiet and private all while being within 5 minutes of downtown and the inner harbour. The building itself is well maintained, clean (Lorrie is an awesome building manager) and has a great sense of community with a lot of great long term residents who are always happy to chat. James bay is the oldest residential neighbourhood on the west coast north of San Francisco and has lots of hidden historical treasures throughout the area. This is a fantastic complex in an incredible area.
