★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience I had as we were staying at 219,Gorge road east and the way of approaching guys are worst.I would recommend better take your time to search better apartment and don't go with that since they are over charging ever though the rooms are very clean.Simple money minded and I will give 1/5 rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience when we walked into the office in James Bay and dealt with Kathryn. She was not friendly or approachable at all, it's as if she didn't even want to talk to us. We walked in all friendly and smiling with a positive attitude, we ended up walking out of there feeling like we were not welcome at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here for 3 years and my best friend before me for another 3. The management has always been super friendly and helpful. From getting a fridge replaced to getting a key to store a bike securely. Only thing is it can be hard to get ahold of them so highly reccomend resident portal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happily moved into an apartment on 443 Superior Street on Nov. 1st.
The office staff are well known to me as my mom lives here too. They are unfailingly helpful, kind and proactive. Kathryn and Tabitha are intelligent, delightful people who always get the job done, no matter how challenging. Their positive attitude and professionality adds significantly to the pleasure of living in an older building. My suite required some tlc, not being renovated. They are so wonderfully efficient when I ask for help.
They get a solid 5 out of 5 from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment itself that I live in is fairly nice. However this is one of the most unprofessional organizations I've ever had the misfortune of paying for a service from. My apartment was a mess when we moved in, repairs to our heat and refrigerator have been promised for months without any movement, manager repeatedly promises fixes for specific days only to be a no show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website shows lots of vacancies, but do not get any replies to online inquiries. Tried their phone numbers, out of all properties only one picked up and told website information is not updated. What's the point of the website anyways then? The whole rental market has become a joke with tenants at the mercy of property managers who have jacked up prices in last couple of years and their ia no transparency in the process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in this city. If you want your emails or calls answered, or you expect them to call you when they say they will, don’t get your hopes up. With the amount of rentals in Victoria we found it fairly easy to avoid renting from Capreit after our poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented an apartment from capreit last Sept in James Bay Area on Niagara. I was throughly impressed from the moment I called Capreit and spoke with Tabatha. It wasn’t easy finding an apartment when your moving from Ontario but the process couldn’t have been anymore seamless. The apartment is spacious, up to date and the property itself is very well maintained. On the times that I have had to contact Capreit Office I have never had a problem getting a hold of them . Especially Evelyn , Amazing customer service !
