★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selection, competitive prices and friendly professional pharmacists and staff. We were visiting from out of province and they went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. I was particularly impressed with their giftware selection. I also love how involved in the community they are and that they give back to the community in numerous ways. I will be back when next in Victoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience during COVID - have had a cashier cough into their hand before handling my checkout and another with a mask pushed down below her chin also coughing. Have had to walk out on multiple occasions because of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open extended hours and has post office in back. Great pharmacy staff, and all store staff will go out of their way to help. "Interesting" selection of gifts and everyday items that should fill most of your needs at average prices. Improved card plan if you are a frequent shopper is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sure most of the staff feel I live there. I am always impressed by the friendly and outstanding service, In particular the post office staff. If they are unable to accommodate what I need they will suggest another item, particularly in the prescription and healthcare area. All in all, never a moment where I left dissatisfied with any aspect of this pharmasave!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been meaning to write this for awhile. The store is dog friendly which is a bonus when I need to pick up prescriptions I can walk the dog there and multitask. The pharmacy is super helpful, friendly and with Covid they looked into how much diabetes supplies I could stock up on incase of loss of employment and benefits without any hesitation . Additionally the ladies at the post office actually went out of their way to save me money at Christmas. I had two small packages going to the same address (one was for my grandmother in care of my mom) and they would of cost me $18 each. She found me a box that they would both fit in because they were sold out of their Canada post brand and the total cost was $18 for both together. I thought she went above and beyond what she needed to do especially at a busy time of year. The people here just care and will continue to get my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Pharmasave branch, located at the heart of James Bay (and next door to the walk-in clinic). Prices tend to be average as pharmacies go, but the staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Extra kudos to the pharmacists and other pharmacy staff, who are extremely helpful and responsive. Dispensing fees are a little higher than most other chains, but this is offset by the quality of the staff and the convenient location. P.S. Very grateful for the sub-post office at the back, as I remember when the local sub-P.O. closed down and for a while we didn't have one!

However Lynn in the post office is rude and passive aggressive .
Maybe she was having a bad day , but customer service might not be her best job option .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rats EVERYWHERE. and they are BUFF. HEAVILY MUSCLED RATS were everywhere. I'm pretty sure they were there for steroids. I told the older man behind the counter and he told me the rats are his BOSS. He pulled off his hat and showed me a rat controlling him by the hair in order to make the pills, like a Breaking Bad special edition version of Ratatouille. Shocked, horrified, and a LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE NOW.
3/5 more rats next time
