She told me the wrong date. never going back. 10 months later the owner is saying I was vocally rude as you can see in the reply! LOL . I dont need service from you anymore and if your receptionist did not tell me the wrong date, I would see you. But seems like you are no better.

His rates are reasonable, he is quick and efficient. His receptionist is the same way which is a relief from some of the twinkies that work elsewhere. I’ve been to other foot specialists and Dr. Doug Lamb is the best in Victoria.
M	Meaghan Walker-Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first Appointment with Dr.Lamb. Was delighted to discover that he got some of his training in Chicago. He also was trained in Vancouver. He did a great job on helping me with the callouses I've developed on my feet from all the walking I do. (I'm a Walker eh?) Took care of my feet very nicely. Will be getting on-going care from Dr.Lamb because I have Psoriasis and Diabetes and when you have these two conditions, taking care of your feet is of paramount importance. Dr.Lamb is also going to get me into a pair of really decent walking shoes once the cracked heels recover. Per his advice I am using coconut oil to soften what remains of the callouses that he scraped off my heels. After just one treatment I am already walking much much more comfortably. I would recommend his services to anybody who needs a good foot doctor. Positive bed side manner with a gentle touch.

He even supplies his patients with his personal cell number should any issues or questions arise after business hours. I would definitely recommend Dr Lamb for all your foot needs :)

He is experienced, well trained and mannered, detailed in his explanations, has very reasonable rates and does not prescribe unnecessary work/procedures. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
E	Emma Whicher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lamb was super friendly and caring! He was quick and calm with my small ingrown toenail procedure which helped with my nerves and with actually getting the toenail out! It was super easy and overall painless! Would definitely recommend!
D	Dasha Tchernova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sadly my experience with Dr. Lamb was less than satisfactory. I came to him with an issue about my foot that has been swollen for almost two years. He looked at a past MRI and confidently declared that he saw something like a fracture from a while back there and I would need a bone scan, he charged me for fasciitis socks. On my second visit after the scan, he declared that everything actually looked normal on my scan, and charged me for orthotics as a trial method. In essence I really feel that Dr. Lamb (like many before him) had no idea what is going on with the swelling in my foot, but took advantage and stretched out my treatment plan while charging me for something new at every possible step. Both of the items I purchased form him were not necessary by any means. Unfortunately this happens often in healthcare practice nowadays, and I hope physicians realize the kind of damage they are inflicting by giving false hope or/and wrong treatment plans for patient's conditions.
