★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not in relation to the doctor at all. I won’t be going to the clinic and do not recommend. As I just moved here from Alberta and was looking for my GP there to transfer my file to dr. Fresien. But before I could say that. The nurse at the front desk and I quote told me “ there is no doctor of the two here that deals with your “issues” that’s accepting any patients”. I’m disgusted with the response. I’ve never ever ever had that use of language used whilst talking about receiving gender affirmation services through medical care. I hope that folks take it into consideration while considering who they give there time to and trust to. It’s appalling someones personal language would prevail over their medical background while talking to clients. I was under the impression the services out here were far more inclusive than good old berta conservative mentality’s. However this has been an eye opening experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Friesen is a very open minded healer. I have never experienced a Doctor that is so open and empathetic to their patients. If Dr. Friesen does not know the answer, which is unlikely, they make the effort to look into the information. The staff is friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I feel so fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Friesen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt the best family doctor I've ever had, and a general excellent human being and artist.
The clinic is comfortable and filled with his artwork.
He takes the time to know and understand you and is more a of guide than dictator in terms of your health care.
He really cares and has empathy for his patients (a rarity) and has a great deal of general and specialist health knowledge.
If you are able to get in to have him as a family doctor you will be in good hands.
