★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for a year- I understand that the building is old but the lack of BASIC maintenance by capriet is horrendous.The building is gross- they have one person who cleans the entire building and all they actually do is vacuum. The walls are dirty, the doors do not have sweepers (allowing rodents to get in), there’s multiple holes in every stairwell and I doubt a single door knob has been cleaned throughout the pandemic.
I have called the property managers on multiple occasions and not one change has been made. Now I have a rodent infestation (despite me having a dog, being tidy and having no food accessible) and capriet management has been less than helpful. There is a gaping hole between the floor and the wall, under the baseboards that were left unattended. They were aware of how rodents have gotten in in past but never made any attempts to fill these spaces before i moved in.
Capriet is SO low budget that their hires (painters, pest control, etc.) are unprofessional, uncommunicative, and untidy. Capriet management is by far the WORST management I have ever encountered. They do not care for their building, nor do they care for their tenants.
