★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management was unconcerned about new municipal and provincial mandates for attendees of the concert. I was concerned about fairness and legal concerns for mandates and proper jurisdiction. I feel management ruined our night and overall experience.
Manager of the house and assistant manager Anita were extreme in their prejudice and judgement after new mandates had been placed (concert date: March 05/2022)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great venue, with renovated seats. It's a great place to see a show. For rock concerts, everyone remains seated for the entire show... Which is either a blessing or a curse depending on your view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost back to normal at the Jack Singer Concert Hall. We had a beverage before the show but no intermission was permitted. A great night with Ashley MacIsaac and the Calgary Philharmonic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arts Commons is THE place for live performances. Well run, managed and great staff. No worries having a beer spilled on you and nothing happening like at that joke Saddledome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The jack singer concert hall is a premium concert venue. Being build for acoustical performance the sound is remarkable no matter where you are sitting. Parking under city hall, which is right next door, is only $6 and well worth it as there is very limited street parking around the venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing venue. We are so lucky to have this concert hall in Calgary. I've been here several times and every single time the acoustics are next level. From watching the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra to a rock concert, everything is ridiculously amazing. If I have to have one complaint is that the staff is a little bit over the top in terms of taking a photo or short video at a rock concert.
