★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dealt with a very nice lady Penny and first when I waned to rent, then a lady by the name of Kessa took over when I went to pay the rest of my money for the hall she was very nice. 2 days before the party she got really rude and said that I lyed about what time I wanted to hall till which is on my contract and accused me of writing that myself, I told her I would have liquor in the hall, which I had the licence for and also had licence bar bartenders. She refused to give me my damage deposit, saying that I didn't tell her about the liquor and the kitchen was dirty which I did a very good job. When I called to get the president's #, her hubby answered the call and swore at me when I told him I didn't want to speak with Kessa since she didn't know how to do her job properly. I have left 2 messages for the president and no calls still...this lady is very rude to deal with. I have rented other halls in the past and have never had to deal with someone as rude as her....
