I would like to thank Victor from the tickets centre for being so prompt in providing me a refund for my event. He was very clear and concise in providing me information and details so I understood my options. It’s such a relief to not be stressed out. I will for sure be booking more events because of their wonderful customer service. I give this place 5 stars. For more Google reviews follow me on Instagram @investinlocal

The Jack Singer concert hall is the very best music venue in Calgary! Every seat is absolutely worth the dollar value. The only hiccup is the intermission pre-ordered drinks. Only one person was there serving so even though many of the drinks were already poured the line to get them moved very slowly.

Calgary City Council policy is confused, they built condos without parking but they want more traffic in Downtown(like a fancy library Arts Common theatre…) and parking rate is the highest in country. Lots of existing roads were replaced by bike lanes and paid parking. Why not using the money and renovate the existing Jubilee Auditorium( 2500+ seats and lots of parking)…..diverts all the traffic away from DT? The DT library is good for homeless since cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

A wonderful place to explore the arts. Have you ever been to the orchestra? If not, it's a great place for a date night. They occasionally will do events like playing the score to films (which are on a large projection screen). Really fun! They serve alcohol and snacks during intermission. Staff are all super professional and pleasant, able to answer any questions you may have. Visit!

We loved the performance here so 5 stars for "The Green LIne"! However, a few points on the facilities: - washrooms are not that easy to find and require a code that you can get from the desk (there are no instructions for this, we just happened to ask) - even though we received a email confirmation with a QR code and seat number, they didn't scan the QR and simply let us in - there are also no assigned seats for our show (we could sit anywhere) so we were confused until we asked where our seats were These are just FYI points! We loved the performance we saw and will be back another time to watch the other ones playing this year.

Saw Classic Albums Live - Eagles @ Arts Commons last night. Fantastic show, great venue! Really no bad seats. We were in the Dress Circle Right side above the stage, awesome view and sound is fantastic. Several bars to grab a drink or snack during intermission so, line ups move quickly and the staff are super friendly. Nothing bad to say, definitely worth the price of the ticket.

We were here for The Christmas Story theatre. It was fantastic! The actors and actresses (three who played multiple roles) as well as the stage crew and violinist did a magnificent job of capturing the essence of the story. From lighting and stage props/background as well as the acting itself was phenomenal. I would certainly recommend supporting this art as well as the people who make this happen. At the time of the event, they were following all covid protocols, the seats we were in (balcony) was kept neat and tidy. Please help support this art as I would love to continue seeing this type of theater again.
