Charissa clearly explained options for my new lenses and ensured they were fitted correctly. In addition, she was able to deliver my glasses within days so that I had them before leaving on an international trip.
A	Al Joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee was extremely rude and harassed my children. My whole family has been buying glasses from Lens Crafters for 20 years and we never any issue with their service. This time my son tried to buy a prescription sunglasses from this IRIS store but the employee did not want us in because we said that we just want to have a look at some sun glasses. Then he took my son's temperature and sarcastically said that your son has a temperature and I cannot let you in. My son goes to school and his temperature is checked regularly. I came home and took his temperature and it was 36.6 degree Celsius which is normal. My children were very upset with the behavior and I hope no other family have to be harassed like this in future with false acquisition in the name of COVID 19

From the Optometrist, to the reception, to the staff’s ability to pick out the perfect frame I am fully impressed by their service. They helped me get glasses that I love and even let me swap the frames I didn’t like for another pair that I love. If you want great service, come here!

I got my eyes checked and found that my usual go to Len's Crafter's did not have have my new prescription in an anti-fatigue lens as recommended by my eye Dr. I was very disappointed to have to go elsewhere, but they recommended Iris so I reluctantly went to check them out. I'm sorry Len's Crafters, but I am officially converted! The woman who helped me (Charissa), was so nice, friendly, kind and informative, that I was ready to give her a hug when I left, and literally felt like I had made a new friend. She made me feel like I was a VIP in there with her undivided attention, great suggestions, and honest critique about styles. I've never been somewhere where I felt like the employee worked as hard to get me the maximum amount of benefits coverage as humanly possible. I went in with 2 big barriers (Do they have my prescription? Will they be able to direct bill my insurance company?), and those were knocked down almost instantly. The kind of warranty you pay extra for elsewhere, is included with Iris purchases for free. I couldn't recommend this location more. A+, 100 Stars! Definite repeat customer here.

Eye exam $130.00 and glasses $419.00 (with $150.00 discount) no extras and only two months warranty. At Costco you can get free eye exam, and glasses (Ray-ban) for $219.00 with two years warranty :(. I wanna get back on time and have checked for another options first.

I happen to meet Charissa over this time period and spoke to her sporadically. I finally booked an appointment for my son and myself and had a great experience with her! Charissa and the office has amazing customer service and has made me reconsider returning back to IRIS (Guildford) for my vision care. My son and I were very happy with the service and I have since recommended a few of my friends to go there for there vision care. Thank you Guildford staff from a return happy customer!
B	Bill M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've purchased plenty of prescription glasses from different stores throughout my life that I've been wearing glasses: just to name two, lenscraft and image optometry in guildford - these two store in particular JUST sells glasses with basic customer service. Last year of 2021 I purchased my first pair of prescription glasses here in Iris from Anthony, and ooh boy... it was like no other! He helped me out a lot to pick out THE glasses that fits the style I'm going for AND that fits perfectly with my budget. In addition, when I got my contact lens fitting by him, he explained everything to me from the things I already knew and the things I didnt know. He was able to answer my questions with no hesitations in his voice. Not only I was helped by anthony, he also helped my parents get their prescription glasses and they are very happy with his assistance!. Today - march 2022, I got my 2nd pair of prescription glasses from Anthony and he went above and beyond once again to help me get the glasses that I wanted. Enough with my rambling, it is better for you to experience it yourself so go to iris and book your appointment to see him or any of them because all of them have an education background specialized with optometry. They are not just high school students or a random person that got hired to sell glasses. Thanks!
