★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't very happy with the customer service over the phone. We had spoken to 2 different sales people and given 2 different prices. Ended up having to go in and spoke with the owner and finally got our blind ordered. Not sure why it had to come down to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new leather sofas and coffee table from Interiors By Better Shade. The staff was incredibly helpful. Unbelievable customer service! I was confused and overwhelmed and with the expert advice from their interior decorator Melissa I was able to transform my family room into a very warm and inviting space. The colour and quality of the Italian leather sofas add such a richness to the room! I highly recommend you visit Interiors By Better Shade. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of quality goods at fantastic prices! THANK YOU SO MUCH Interiors By Better Shade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not for people with disabilities. No automatic doors,no handicap parking, not enough room between items for anyone with a walker or wheelchair. Time for improvements, to this store.
The blinds we purchased for 6 windows are excellent, Ann was very knowledgeable and helpful. Installer was quick and did a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 10 years I finally went into the store to look at shutters. Scott was awesome, knowledgeable and patient. Even more impressive as it was during a sale (busy) and they were 3 people down due to illness.
Brian came to measure, was early and offered a solution to a problem window fitting.
Janice helped me with a question without hesitation when Scott wasn't in.
Great staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Can't wait for installation now!
Installation by Matt was an absolute dream!
I couldn't be happier with my entire experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what wonderful service!!!! I purchased my California shutters for my entire house quite a few years ago from Interiors By Better Shade and I still love them. I had a kitchen reno that was just completed a month ago. My cabinet maker altered the kitchen shutters to fit differently because my new tap is a high one and it would be in he way of opening the shutters to clean the the window. My cabinet maker put magnets on the shutter to hold it against the window however additional magnets should have been applied because it came crashing down yesterday. I was extremely upset and thought I would have to replace the entire shutter but my sister told me that she had hers fixed when her kids broke hers. I still did not think mine would be repairable because a piece shattered and 5 shutters broke off completely when it fell onto my very hard floor.
I brought the shutter panel into Interiors by Better Shade this morning and they said they could repair it. The repair cost was very low for the amount of damage that was caused by the fall. I received a call a couple hours later that it could be picked up. My sister recommended this company to me when I bought my shutters. I have recommended this company to a friend of mine and we have all been happy with the shutters and their service. Today I am extremely happy with them and I have my kitchen looking complete for the Christmas holidays! Thank you very much Interiors By Better Shade!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company. They sent a newbie installer who didn't even properly anchor blinds into our wall. Walls were completely hacked and the blinds were basically a hazard to our newborn.
Furthermore, once they sent a proper installer (weeks later) and blinds were properly secured, they were crooked. In order to fix the problem they took the liberty of modifying our blinds from a single headrail into two seperate cartridges. Not what we ordered after many months of headaches. Owner has refused us our money back and blamed the delays on covid! Shop around, DO NOT make the same mistake we did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interiors By Better Shade has exceeded our expectations! From the moment Scott came to the house and took measurements right down to the installation by Jason. I will admit there were a few snags with the installation but Jason dealt with them in a professional positive attitude. The Blinds themselves are beautifully made and will be super easy to clean. If you are looking for Blinds this is the only place to shop!
