★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to purchase items for our bathroom renovation and had the worst experience. DO NOT BUY HERE! The store manager was dealing with a customer and she was cursing at them directly and yelling very loud that she couldn’t help the customer and the customer is on their own. She screamed that she was sick of dealing with the “you know what” that the other stores were causing for her and that she was sick of kissing the customers back side (but said in far less colourful language). I left along with 3 other people who couldn’t listen to that any longer. 0/10, do not shop here. Disgusting.

I went there looking for a faucet for my washroom, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and they helped find the right one from the information I provided. Overall it the staffs provided really a good service. I would definitely visit bath depot again when required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are currently in reno mode. During the lovely pandemic we decided to order everything online from the Bath Depot. It took for ever to arrive, not a problem. I have had the product in my loft for months on top. So I go and look at the faucet for the sink, it's too big, for the hole OMG!. I take it today for an exchange expecting the worst. However there was Jessica, she was the best. No problem, got it sorted ?. I'm happy we're all happy. The end
