★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst bank i ever dealt with they have a manager that was completely insane phoning my house and emailing me 13 times after i told him to quit phoning me i called there head office about him and they did absolutely nothing about this crazy guy.....my account was closed and mt money was returned my mail upon his decision,this was the weirdest bank i've ever dealt with in my life,if they ever phone here again i'll be calling police....Wow stay away from this lunacy...

It took us over three hours and four visits to setup our family with accounts and get our cards. Next, they bounced payments like the worst bank I've ever dealt with even when there was money in our account, and had little explanation or "ability to do anything" which left us no choice to leave with $400 less due to multiple fees from transactions over six weeks.
This institution never once acted like a credit union, which I have been a member of a number across Canada. They are a bank = poor systems, poor policies and poor service. I had hopes, but were let down at every chance they were given, with the exception of a friendly face who could do nothing. In only a few months we went from being a new customer to running away as fast as possible. Your poor will no longer make us poor.
