★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a awesome mortgage renewal appointment with Corey Macintosh, pretty funny when you go into the bank and have a great conversation about everyday life, and mortgage rates! Highly recommend Corey for anyone who wants a good experience with your banking or financial information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to see if I could get a visa debit and someone picked up the phone but wasn't talking or responding to me at all. Tried a second time and I couldn't understand what the guy was telling me. It really made me angry when they told me to "have a great day" like they actully helped me out. I've been inside this bank and the service was good but don't even try calling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not help but see and overhear the branch manager Mr Singh having a rather private conversation with a staff member. If you need to have a meeting with a staff member to tell them how they can improve their customer service.....you should probably do it behind closed doors. Not behind the tellers at a very open desk. Very inappropriate. What the hell is our world coming to? Bring back old school values may improve management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't get through to a person. Only looking for a fax number. The phone bot sends customers in an endless loop and then hangs up when you request to speak to an advisor. Had to call next door to RBC Dominion Securities and reached a real live helpful customer service agent. Still looking for the branch fax number.
