★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think I'll ever call in again. After attempting to use your auto-attendant 4 times, and it misunderstanding me each time until your branch closed, I gave up. English is my first language, I don't have an accent, and my voice is very clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff members are really slow and they leave their places to clear their doubts all the time.. I don't think so they are properly trained. If you got 30 to 45 mins spare for simple transition then you can go there..I was the third person in the line and it took 40 minutes to get me and 4 counters were open .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scotiabank you are turning into a running joke ! When I call to speak to my advisor , I hear the voicemail can’t leave a voicemail. Then get hung up on ! Call the branch you transfer me to Toronto ? Why ? And in regards to calling you to cancel what I already asked my advisor to cancel months ago! Why do I have to call back cause it is not done. Which really doesn’t surprise me anymore with your joke of a 30 min wait to speak to somebody again not from my branch. And to include your assistants that are filing their nails while the desk phone is ringing. Yes a running joke you are !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All your branches in a large town like Kamloops don't open until 930 and close at 3. How is anyone that has a job supposed to be able to do their banking with those hours? It's ridiculous...dont tell me to use the online options too because my account was defrauded so everything except the actual account is inaccessible. I have a paycheck sitting there with no way of retrieving it because I was 60 hrs a week and I have a child to feed. Can you tell me how I'm supposed to do that exactly?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little worried after reading all the reviews about this bank. But everything changed when I reached this branch. I have been extremely satisfied and happy with their service. All the personnel in this branch are knowledgeable, friendly and have a genuine interest in their customers which I appreciate. My experience with this bank has been very pleasant!
