★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. At first they say because they are a smaller bank that they are more personable. But this is all lies. Big banks treated my family 10 times more valuable than this bank ever did. And their hours are horrible too. Don’t waste your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this bank is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with. they have done nothing but screw up everything we have asked them to do. they tell us that our money we want transferred will be ready in five days and we have waited 5 weeks. we tell them we are leaving and they offer to get us a mortgage to keep our business. they say they will have an answer for us in two days then when we ask about it they say we have to stay with them for 6 months to get us approved. never again will I deal with this bank and I will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone I know!!!!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I cant post without giving them at least 1. so very disappointed with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are applying for a mortgage stay far away from this bank, they will lie to you to get you to sign on with them and then add additional costly requirements or change the terms last minute. Specifically stay away from Romi Arora. They approved us 2 1/2 months before closing and then 10 days before closing added extra requirements that could not be fulfilled time before closing. They had months to tell us of any additional requirements but failed to do so. I ended up having to get a short term loan and barely got the deal done in time, and it cost me 50k extra and the stress of almost losing my 120k deposit. I would hate for anyone to go through what they put me through. Beware.
