s	sang nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost money in ATM machine. Yesterday,I deposited cash by atm machine, it has problem about coin inside. I'm really make sure about I didn't put any coin inside because I use my wallet only to hold cash and card.I put money 2 times , first I put $100 , it was success. Second time, I put more $350 and the machine has problem. They gave me back just 322
g	geege gall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. No 3 in line and waited 45 minutes for 1 of only 2 tellers to make a large withdrawal. No extra teller opened to help. Branch manager was there briefly but never assisted staff and then disappeared never to be seen again. Everyone waiting (more than 10 people) were upset. Never again.
M	My little secret on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people for customer service lazy workers don't even look at the clients account and will refuse someone to get there own money just to avalon working if you have to deal with the ugly chubby woman named Tracy there she is the laziest at her job

M	MIKE WOOD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and asked to talk to a manager about my mortgage and the fact that Scotia won't do the area I bought in, anyway just wanted to talk to someone about this, but no call back no answer, not anything, I cannot believe the customer service poor poor, do not deal here just incredible that they won't even talk or call back.
D	Devin Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No access to ATM machines inside after closing, unlike most banks. This wouldn't be such an issue if the one and only ATM outside worked properly more than 50% of the time.
g	gee cee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use or support this bank! I've had services from credit card, line of credit and lastly mortgage, and never again! Dealing with selling my house and gathering information why I owe them $8700 in cancelation fees and details surrounding this, and I get the “I don't have time for you and this request” when they will be taking all that money for next to zero work. Glad this will be my last time with this bank. Tons of problems with each and every service including online except the Tellers. But they're probably only getting paid near minimum wage but they seem to be the most helpful. sigh.
J	Jeff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t remember the name of the person I dealt with but she was awesome (longer brown/black hair with glasses) anyways she was very helpful and friendly. I wanted to open up a Savings account. She showed me how I could do it on my phone on the app which saved the time of doing it in person. I got home and it worked perfectly. Cheers
