I've never had any one work so hard and he would be in constant communication with me. My needs were a little more unique so he would sometimes call me over 12 times a day and keep me updated. Ty Basel, You have a client for life!

But I always said only form an opinion about your broker when you have a claim.. So when my brothers tools got stolen, Basel handled our claim like a champ and exceeded our expectations.. Even during a tornado he was one of the calls I received from people checking in on me. Needless to say, I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised. Game changer in terms of how insurance goes!
