★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ahead to request a notary. The woman who does it (her name escapes me) was absolutely stellar at her job. She was attentive, kind and very personable. All the staff was great, but she was spectacular and definitely deserves a raise!

I've gone in there and there is a line up of up to 6 customers and there is a group of workers just standing around talking and laughing not helping people. Absolutely the worst company in town I am in the process of moving all my policies to another broker. Never go to Knight Archer especially the Rochdale branch. Worst customer service ever.

I was having difficulties trying to register a vehicle on the SGi website so I decided to call in and see if I could do it over the phone. I had called over my lunch break and got everything set up within 15 minutes. I was very impressed! Thank you Carson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sure for day to day things this place is fine. But if you have any of kind of question they struggle to answer it. I am unfamiliar with Saskatchewan and their insurance policies. I had a number of questions most of which could not be answered. And I haven't found them very friendly or customer service oriented. A lot of people without experience working here. I don't believe I will be giving them my business in the future.
