★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got in for a quick haircut before it closed for the day. A mask is required, and they will direct you to wash your hands prior to sitting in the chair. Beyond that it was almost a normal pre-Covid haircut

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently hair cut , i am sorry to say but she messed up my hair. I want layers (Steps) in the front and they used eraser kInd of thing which made my hair so rough in the front and in back I said “U “ shape and they cut my hair in straight shape . I am really disappointed. They need to give proper training to staff. I would never ever go to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was hard to get an appointment, services rendered were not worth the price paid (not fancy, just shortened with no washing prep done), over in 10 mins and minus almost $30 dollars from my bank account. This location is literally and figuratively next door to a professional salon. Why are the prices not competitive. Is that not the way capitalism works? At rough estimates this hair dresser is charging $120/hr and that's without the extras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been picky about having my hair cut with scissors Not trimmers and have usually had great results at this Ultracuts location (1 exception)
Currently I am getting my haircuts done by Thuy I believe is her.name.and she is absolutely great.
She does a great job with scissors and makes you at ease. Very nice lady with a real gift for cutting hair and amazing customer service.
Would give her a 10 stars rating if possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked an appointment for 4 o'clock at this hair saloon. I got there at 3:50 and one of the workers told me to wait. That was no problem and I waited until it was time for my appointment, 5 minutes later when my appointment was supposed to start I asked one of the workers how much longer I would have to wait, and she said another 5 minutes because another person was getting their hair dried. Finally the barber was finished and her customer left, but for another 20 minutes nobody acknowledged me. There were 3 barbers in the saloon and only one of them where tending to a customer, the other 2 where not doing anything, as I got up and walked out I heard one of them shouting "HEY" but I still left. Would not recommend this barbershop :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like this salon but the current expierence, I really didn't like it. The lady didn't ask what hair style I want, no greet nothing. I even didn't like the way she was cutting my hair, using razor instead of scissor. When she was done, she didn't even show the back mirror to show my hair. There was a girl earlier seems to be south asian, she did a great job but after she left, no one has a knowledge of hair cut. Very bad experience. I would rather pay more and visit other salon just to get good service with good hair style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today and got my hair cut they didn't wash my hair and didn't think it needed it. My hair was puffed out all around. I asked for a fade up to a Ceasar cut and got basically a army/crew cut. The hair dresser appeared to hate life and not want to be there. Wish I would have waited to go to Tommy's next door. Complete waste of $ and time. Thinking about shaving My head bald now... great!
