β β β β β I called her to have a simply document notarized and she told me a price, which I agreed to and then never heard from her again. It was really hard to understand her due to her heavy accent. That However is not a big deal, although follow through and trust worthiness on a job that you give a business is key to being successful. If a person does not respond to you via email in this day and age, it kind of makes you wonder. I usually seek out minorityβs businesses to do business with just to help them out. Oh well a little wasted time and life goes on....

β β β β β She was late for our appointment. She did not tell us in advance we needed two pieces of government issued ID. She answered her phone twice while we were with her. She was not respectful of our time. She did not tell us in advance she only takes cash or e-transfer. Generally rude and unprofessional. She behaved as if we were a nuisance rather than clients. Wouldnβt recommend and certainly wouldnβt use again.
