While performing a routine window inspection, I discovered a few rotten spots in one of my bay window sill. After discussing with some contractors, they all came to the same conclusions. That I need to replace the rot and have all exterior window trims caulked for moisture prevention. When asked which sealant caulk to use, all recommended Dap or Dynaflex230 -both of which I frown upon. Despite manufacturer's claims, I know acrylic latex on exterior never last beyond 1 to 2 years. So it sounds ludicrous and wasteful to apply a failing sealant only to have to recaulk within 2 years. Fortunately, someone suggested I employ a professional caulker to caulk my windows instead. Until that time, I had never hear of such profession. Being totally clueless, I randomly typed some search keywords on Craiglist. On my fifth trial-and-error, I came across a wanted hiring ad which led me to this company called Next Level Caulking. Bingo! Leo checked out my site, introduced his services and provided his recommendations. Within 20 minutes of assessing my place, I was impressed by his eye for details. He was able to pick out every single work that I had either previously DIYed or paid professionals to do. These were odd spots that none of my family members even noticed unless I pointed out to them. He even correctly identified the types of sealant caulk used. When he said he would only use Tremco Dymonic, a polyurethane sealant caulk on all my windows, I said aloud in my head, "Bingo!" What really sold me was when he suggested all of my soffit-joints and siding-joints should be sealed for pest controls and draft proofing. This was a BIG DEAL to me because for 5 years I could not find anyone who knows how to deal with these issues. That is of course until I met Leo. Again Bingo! Since Leo patiently listened and answered all of my concerns and doubts, I felt confident that he must be adept in his expertise. Hence, I expanded his workload to sealing my entire house and garage's siding-joints, foundation gaps, joints and cracks along concrete stairs and walkway, as well as minor carpentry repairs. Honestly, the entire project was hefty. However, given the scope of intricacies involved in my property, Leo's policy of using strictly construction grade products for application, his installation guarantees 7 years and possibly beyond, and that his services alone replace my need to hire carpenters, window glazers, masonry contractors and pest controllers separately. In my view, the overall price is a real bargain and ultimately well-worthed. Work ethic wise, Leo and Josh worked and completed everything as scheduled. Always arrived on time and even 30 minutes early. Never mind being supervised or interrupted with questions. Carried positive attitude and were approachable. Maintained good communication skills throughout the process and attended to my requests in timely manner. As a conservative consumer, I usually make an informed decision after consulting with several contractors. In this case, I made up my mind within 2 consultations with the same. Next Level Caulking is the one-and-only caulking company I talked to. I took a big risk but rather than regarding my instinct as gambling, I said to myself, "Thank you Buddha for your guidance. I feel like I just won Bingo!" The finished look is artistically and seamlessly color-matched to my exterior paint. It is also structurally waterproof and pest controlled. Needless to say, my mom and I are super impressed. I intend on rehiring them for my future home maintenance and restoration projects. I highly recommend them to anyone who is seriously looking to hire professional caulkers who stand by their amazing craftsmanship and workmanship.

There’s a pretty big skylight or maybe call it a glass dome more accurately in my house. I have been looking for a company doing caulking job because of a slight leaking during winter. We needed to soundproof and cover over the gap when we had new Windows and Doors installed in our Office and the Window Supplier said it was not part of their service and the Contractor kept saying they were going to soundproof and install trim but never did. Next Level Caulking was recommended to us by a friend who is also a Contractor and said that they had done an amazing job caulking the windows and doors in a Retail Store they had just renovated as well as Fire Stopping the HVAC. They had said that Next Level had made the seam where the Windows met the Walls look like it had been factory installed and made the Store look that much better as it now looked like everyone had paid attention to the details all the way through. Leo came out and looked at our project and agreed to do the work on the spot, which I was completely not expecting. He did an amazing job! The two offices were so quiet that you really couldn't hear anything going outside, which was a huge improvement over how it had been. On top of that Leo was so pleasant to speak with and took care of every element, even so far as to soundproof the bottoms of the Window Frames when asked. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the work, especially as they normally cater to much larger scale projects and yet they still took incredible care of our little project.
