She always exceeded great customer service, very hard working, reply to emails right away, find quick solutions and most of all I feel a valued customer everytime I needed assistance.
She is the reason why I stayed with the Insurance company for sure.

Some of the services they have went above & beyond include Jeff hand delivering my pink card to the dealership so we could take our new vehicle home & personal phone calls after a fairly serious car accident to just check in & see how I was doing. We have always received prompt, courteous service & have had the privilege of dealing with Tamara on the last couple occasions & she has continued the amazing service. Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW I am so impressed. I moved over from another broker after being with them for over 28 years and they always kept telling me I have the best rates and that they are looking out for me. Well apparently that was not true. I contacted Franco and saved me an unreal amount of money on my home and auto insurance even utilizing the same insurance company. I also have business insurance with Franco. Best service and deal in town. I'm very happy with my choice to switch.
