I am so glad I switched to Access already, and am even happier to have Courtney be my new broker - she is so kind and professional and took the time to look into everything on our policy renewal and explain it all to me so I understood everything. I have never had someone go so far above and beyond to help me out! Will be switching our home policy over when it renews in April as well, very impressed with Courtney’s customer service and willingness to take the extra time to ensure she has done everything she can to have a happy client :)
