The bridal box and experience alone made the VIP appointment worth it even if I hadn't found my dress. I thought I'd be super nervous and indecisive but Melissa was fantastic at reading my reactions and leading me to the PERFECT dress! Thank you so much for making my first dress-shopping experience so wonderful that it was the only one I needed!

Melissa was quick to notice I was nervous, and make sure I felt comfortable and at ease the entire appointment. We opted for the VIP experience, TOTALLY worth it. The bridal box you get basically pays for it alone. When you book you’re sent a questionnaire about what you’re looking for, budget, etc! All the dresses she pulled were lovely, VERY respectful of budget, and she even remembered every one of my guests names. After struggling to find a perfect one I showed her ONE inspo photo and she found the perfect dress. I said yes! Best part, you get 100$ off if you say yes during the appointment! The VIP appointment was definitely worth it, I highly recommend. I cannot thank her enough for not only genuinely listening to my wants but also helping me step out of my comfort zone which resulted in me finding my dream gown! I cannot recommend this boutique enough, it is exactly what Red Deer has been missing!

She really listened to what I was liking and what I wasn't. She was always positive, she never got annoyed when I didn't like something. I ended up finding my dress. I was so pleased to be able to shop locally, as someone from Red Deer. It was lovely seeing a place with lots of trendy brands. The boutique is so clean and well designed with enough privacy for comfort but also not so big it's overwhelming.

I did not feel pressured to buy a dress and Melissa was not pushy which is what I experienced at previous bridal shops. Melissa is very attentive to detail and made me feel at ease. She was genuine and would bend over backwards at my ridiculous requests and suggestions while maintaining her professionalism! She made my entire family feel welcome and comfortable and as a result I was able to find my perfect dress along with the accessories I wanted. Their bridal shop is very clean and inviting. Hello Beautiful was my second boutique that day & walking into the store I was feeling discouraged about finding my dress that day. We are having a western style wedding so I know that can be difficult to find a dress that fits the theme. Stacey must have read my mind because the first dress she put on me was the dress I bought! I have never in my life felt so beautiful. The girls at Hello Beautiful really know how to please! We had our own room for myself & my guests with champagne, a candy bar & a bridal gift box waiting for us. I highly recommend this boutique!
