★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après une nouvelle installation de Windows, j’avais des problèmes à faire fonctionner ma carte graphique (suite aux mises à jours de Windows). J’ai essayé pendant quelques jours à régler mon problème, et finalement, j’ai apporté mon PC chez Informatique SL. Lorsque je suis retourné prendre mon PC, la carte graphique fonctionnait, mais malgré mes instructions, le tech n’avait pas fait les mises à jours de Windows. Je suis retourné chez moi et je suis revenu au même résultat (écran noir) dès que mon PC a commencé à faire ses mises à jour. J’étais donc revenu avec le même problème avant de l’avoir apporté chez Informatique SL. J’ai donc appelé pour de l’assistance et au lieu de rapporter mon PC, j’ai demandé si je pouvais simplement avoir de l’assistance au téléphone pour reformater mon disque cette fois –ci (pour un « clean install » de windows), ce qui aurait pris moins de temps que de tout débrancher et rapporter. Le tech m’a répondu qu’il me rappellerait dans la soirée car il était en….. pause. Je n’ai pas eu de nouvelles par la suite.
J’ai réglé mon problème avec une autre compagnie. Bref, c’était la 1ère fois et dernière fois avec que je fais affaire avec les incompétents d’Informatique SL. Je en vous conseille pas de faire affaire avec eux, à moins que vous vouliez perdre temps et argent.
After a new installation of Windows, I had problems to operate my graphics card (following updates to Windows). I tried for a few days to solve my problem, and finally, I brought my PC at Informatique SL. When I returned to take my PC, the graphics card worked, but despite my instructions, the tech had not made updates to Windows. I went back home and returned to the same result (black screen) as soon as my PC started doing updates. So I came back with the same problem before bringing it to Informatique SL. So I called for assistance and instead of reporting my PC, I asked if I could just have phone support to reformat my drive this time (for a clean install of windows ), which would have taken less time than just unplugging and reporting. The tech said he would call me back in the evening because he was in ... .. break. I did not hear anything later.
I solved my problem with another company. In short, it was the first time and last time that I deal with incompetent Computer SL. I do not advise you to do business with them unless you want to waste time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je me suis rendu chez informatique SL inc pour faire installer mon disque dur personnel et il mon dit que celui qui était déjà dans mon portable était plus vite donc de pas le changer il on juste installer Windows j'avais la licence pour l'installer la facture pour cette ouvrage 82.00 un vraie vol en plein jour comme on dit jamais je retournerer et ma famille non plus
I went to informatique SL inc to have my personal hard drive installed and he told me that the one that was already in my laptop was faster so not to change it, we just install Windows I had the license to install it. invoice for this work 82.00 a real theft in broad daylight as they never say I will go back and my family either
