L	Lap Chi Duong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have three to five people working at reception and I cannot get through the phone line to rebook an appointment. I was in Asia and caught covid so I had to stay longer. Been trying to email, call and go through my physiotherapist to get an appointment. We hear nothing back from them. When I'm there to do my pain test they always seem to always have open appointmentsand aren't as busy. From sitting there in the waiting room the Filipino worker is there spend more time chatting amongst themselves than picking up the phone. If you try to give him a call you cannot get through. I was able to leave a message once and no one called me back. Now when you call them, it just hangs up on you, I tried all those directories. How do they run a business? Can I report them to AHS?

I had a severe episode of sciatica pain due my disc bulge, I met with Dr. Louis Coetzee who turned out to be a blessing. My pain went away immediately after the injections and now it's been almost 2 months I'm back to my normal activities. Thank you Dr coetzee and his team for helping me.
F	Flora Milanizadeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with the service I received at this clinic. I was referred to them by Caleo spinal clinic due to a nerve block on my back. I was supposed to get an injection in my back to relieve my pain. When I got there, dr. Endersby and dr. Gupta asked me to go through all of my history and it seemed like they didn’t bother to check my MRI or check the notes on my file through Net care and my requisition was nowhere to be found. They took matters into their own hands and diagnosed me without reviewing my history properly. Instead of getting an injection in my back, they injected me with a numbing injection in my upper left leg and my upper leg was numb till the end of the day. Also, they wanted me to get a requisition for ultrasound from my specialist for another procedure that had nothing to do with my problem. When I went back to my specialist, I noticed that they didn't even bother to leave any notes on Net care so my doctor couldn't even tell what type of procedures been done. I was advised prior to my appointment to have someone drive me to and from the clinic, as the injection would reduce my mobility and I wouldn't be able to drive myself. I spent $80 going there and back for an appointment that was a total waste of time. At a time where the health care in our province is under so much pressure, this kind of shady business practice seems unacceptable. I would advise you avoid this clinic as there are more responsible and reputable places that you can trust. I wish I could rate them -10.

He spent time conducting a thorough assessment, has developed a go-forward plan of action with advice, and has made prompt referrals to specialists. He has been very thoughtful and attentive to all of my questions, and I'm very thankful for all of his help so far.

The explanations of the procedures were comprehensive, and the procedures themselves were comfortable and very effective. I was able to get an appointment the same week that I received my requisition, where as at other places the wait was as long as 6 to 9 months.

L	Lynda Valliere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication between Dr Gupta, Dr Wiley and my GP was atrocious!!! No one knew who was doing what! Booking staff are useless. Kept telling Gupta and Wiley I wanted an explanation of my treatment, was not going further until it was explained IN DETAIL - no one understood this!!!! Wiley kept booking me for a followup to the treatment - which I refused to get unless it was explained more thoroughly - duh. Gupta could not give me a satisfactory explanation of the procedure and that is why he wanted Wiley to explain it - red flag right there! *Why do they keep trying to followup on something that has not been done yet?* THREE TIMES I WENT THROUGH THIS BACK AND FORTH EXPLAINING IT TO THEM IN THREE MONTHS!! Plus I never did get an explanation from Wiley, so never got the treatment - a good thing considering their lack of knowledge. Wiley nor Gupta could even give a satisfactory explanation, even to my GP, of what they wanted to do to me!! My GP told me they are confused, unorganized, sketchy and to IMMEDIATELY stop wasting my time to avoid the damage they could do me!!!!! She is not recommending patients to Infini anymore!!!

He made sure I did not slip through the cracks and was able to get the help that I needed in a timely manner. He and the staff at Infini Health are all amazing!
