I really like Dr Devani and his team, and their new office space is lovely. I'm not there for the cosmetic stuff so usually filled with anxiety and stress about it all but they are kind, and calm, and really do help you understand the issues and how to address them.

Very difficult to book appointments or cancel appointments with this company due to their short hours and the dermatologist I was seeing only works 2 days/week. There is also no way to leave them a voicemail outside of their business hours. I do not recommend this dermatology clinic.

I love being in Dr Sanders care but trying to call to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. I can never get through so I have to leave a voicemail only to recieve a voicemail (I work in an industry where I do not carry my personal phone) telling me to call, which I do but end up leaving another voicemail. It's so frustrating I am considering looking for a new dermatologust

Dr. Zhang has been fine. But dealing with this clinic/admin has been an ongoing nightmare. Everytime I show up for an apt the front desk is fully staffed with receptionists... Who never pick up from phone, to busy working on the computer as they are apparently always understaffed. Doesn't matter what week day i've called, What time during work hours, no one picks up the phone. Wasn't going to bother writing a review until this so called last string. I got a call the day before my appointment asking if I was aware my appointment had been canceled. No I was not, because this clinic won't pay to have staff to communicate with patients, they think it's ok to email through a confidential message service on a new year's Day and expect people will check in 24hours notice. (the email/title didn't even specify it was cancel of apt) Don't even get me started how my family MD referred me here for two seperate issues. And it wasn't until after I pressed the Doctor (think they would've ignored it if I didn't ask) at the end of my appointment that he said wouldn't see me for the second reason I was referred to them. Then he asked "Oh is it still an issue? I don't see patients for x reason, I can refer to to another specialist if it's still bothering you." Making me wait an extra 3 months to get the painful issue resolved.

I used to see Dr. Devani at the Market Mall Professional Building for many years. I would go to his office for yearly skin check up's and had the Yellow laser treatment several times. He never remembered who I was and would ask the same questions each time about my medical history. I would typically pay between $150-200 for the Yellow laser. However, the last time I was there I saw the bill after my treatment and it was over $500, my jaw dropped. I couldn't belive it, the treatment time was the same as my other appointments I had there and I had never paid this much. They should always be upfront about the cost of treatment and if they are going to need more time then you should let your patients know, stop overcharging your patients. Aren't you in this field to help people? It's not like I was going there for cosmetic reasons, I had previous health concerns and an increased risk for skin cancer. I refused to pay the $500. I will not see Dr. Devani again due to this. I frequented his clinic and spent alot of money there and I would have expected them to be fair and honest. Stop taking advantage of your patients!

Worst experience, travelled for an hour to see Dr Zhang, she was in such a hurry to get us out! She obviously didn't open my sons file to see pictures or read notes taken from emergency clinic (which was where our referral came from). I know she didn't because I asked her twice and she waved it off and said she might have seen it but she looks at so many files. Total waste of time. So not worth it! Recommended we continue using the cream we researched for by ourselves and got for him and asked us to come back if we have more concerns . Like seriously? Come back for nothing? From a very frustrated and disappointed parent.

Nightmare Trying to Make An Appointment Per the message the clinic is short staff due to Covid. I have a hard time believing there is absolutely no one available to answer the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back and you better be joined at the hip with your phone in case they call or else you are back in the queue. I left a message early morning but missed the call when they called in the afternoon and now it has been over 24 hours trying to just make an appointment. There's gotta be a better system.
