★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst location in the city. They have a double drive thru but take one order at a time. They leave you sitting at the speaker for minutes at a time while the person sitting at the next speaker orders then you're still left sitting there waiting to order. This would go a lot faster if they just took the order as it comes like other locations...staff is super rude too but not surprised considering..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t know you can get such a terrible service at a Tim Hortons location. Order a light large iced cap to go, it was served without straw. Had to asked three times before got one. #terriblecs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credit card machine had a problem with the keypad. I couldn't enter my card pin and they just kept telling me to enter it over and over again.I explained to them the machine didn't seem to be work properly...and they admitted they knew...and STILL told me to keep trying. Switching out the machine or sending me to another till would have been better...instead of wasting customers and telling stupid things such as 'maybe type lighter...' and muttering things in a foreign language

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude. We were placing our order on the drive through and she stopped to take an order in the lane beside us.
Our coffees tasted burned and that’s very suspicious as we went during a ‘busier than normal’ time do you’d think the coffee be fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stood inside and waited and waited and waited. Girls behind the till were giggling and showing each other something on the phone and had a great time. I walked out 10 min later without even getting as much as a hello. All I wanted was coffee. But that day only people in drive through got served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of mostly Philippine women of a nice vibe. Even thou they were pretty busy, they kept calm and kept working hard. The service was a little slow but complete and of a good nature. Will most definetly go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst I am never ever going back there again! they always mess up my order no matter what I say they never get my order right.
I just don’t have time to check for my order every single Time this is supposed to be a fast food place, the staff should be trained and able to handle lots of orders with accuracy. Drive through is awful they don’t even understand anything, after 5 minutes of clarifying your order they still hand your order all wrong.
