★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a sweet set of 29”wheels recently (Raceface rims and Hope hubs) and had them shipped to Nova Scotia. They were well packed and arrived safely. When IMBY staff realized they had an extra hub spacer, they shipped the spacer and the Hope tool to me before I had even received the wheels. The spacer was missing and they caught and corrected the issue. Great service and support. I wish they were a local shop!! Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMBY just serviced my old mountain bike. They did a thorough diagnostic so I could prioritize what I needed to get done. They were able to get my invoice amount where I felt comfortable. Even though I didn’t get everything fixed, my bike is running nicely and all tuned up for spring.

I’m new to Mountain Biking, they had lots of advice and I’m looking forward to IMBY not only being my favourite climb but my favourite independent store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome work from the team at IMBY, again. Super quick turnaround (1day), my ride is almost better than new, now. There was an issue with my crank fitting the upgrades and Ben was quick to call me and walk me through my options. While I do most of my work (stunts) at home, I completely trust these guys with my bikes.

They assessed and communicated what was wrong, gave me various options, gave opinions, price estimates, and time frames. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and unpretentious. Even when my bike part was delayed, they did everything to communicate when it would arrive, arrange an appointment and let me know when it was ready. I appreciated the transparency and consideration taken to make sure I was informed. Thanks IMBY!
