Everyday you experience different workout programs! I have definitely gained muscle and lost weight since I've joined the big family!

It truly is life changing! It's a good place to test your limits and push to see how hard you can go! Give it a try you won't regret it! The owners are awesome and so are the trainers :) everyone is super supportive!

The trainers are so supportive; they truly care about our success. I have met so many wonderful people here. New friends. It feels like a family...but ones you actually like ? I am always recommending F45 to my friends.

The workouts as the name would suggest are only 45 minutes but they are an extremely challenging 45 minutes. The best part is every day it's a different workout. The team atmosphere including the trainer's that push you throughout the workout is exactly what I needed to push to hit my fitness goals. So far I've dropped 20lbs and easily put on 10lbs of muscle. I would highly recommend if you're looking to get out of the same routine of lackluster workouts that are more socializing than exercise.

All trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and supportive. Thanks to the owners and staff for creating such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere! I would give this place a 100 ? if I could!

Every class contains different exercises, and throughout the week, you will always get a good balance of cardio and resistance. Workouts are always challenging, and fun, and you are always going to sweat! The owners are really wonderful people who care about every single one of their members. The trainers are so caring, friendly and really want to help you, not to mention challenge you! F45 is perfect for all fitness levels and ages. I recommend F45 Port Coquitlam to all my friends :) I'm so glad my daughter introduced me to F45! I am adding to this 3 years later! I am still here attending classes 5-6 times a week! That says to me that I enjoy the classes, the variety of workouts (which are always changing, it's never the same exact workout), the trainers make it fun and challenging to whatever your individual ability is, and it's just a really great place to workout. I highly recommend! I have been in the fitness industry since 19 years of age and now I am much older than that! It's the best workout around!
