There is simply no better place to spend your time and energy as you will receive the same back from the moment you touch the mats. Wonderful group of coaches and students, always looking to raise the bar and become that much better day in and day out. Great atmosphere for all levels, I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a change of pace in their lives. I wouldn’t want anyone to miss out!
Had the privilege of witnessing the birth of an amazing idea. Started out as a small business and has continued on to becoming a welcoming family for all that chooses to partake. At Clinch, you can be sure to step through the doors for your first or hundredth time and still feel the excitement that awaits.

While I haven’t been doing this long the overall experience of martial arts has helped me be a better version of myself. If your thinking about joining, just do it and you will be surprised by the amount of growth you undergo but also support from a great team and fellow members training around you.

I've trained all over the world and I can say I've been treated like family from the day I stepped inside this facility.
Highly recommended. High level Coaches. And a team that builds you up on a weekly basis. Definitely a place for someone that is looking to better themselves as a martial artist and a human being.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined this gym back in 2019 when I had zero martial arts background and everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and actively tried to help the new guy (aka me). It really felt like everyone was family from the moment I stepped foot onto the mats. Coach Sal is super knowledgeable in all areas of MMA and truly cares about the progress that his students make. This is a great place to train both physically and mentally without any worry of pressure or negativity.

Sal, Shawna and Daniel are top notch coaches who provide the perfect balance of intensity and training to keep you motivated to push yourself and bring out the best in you while still having a lot of fun. Our two daughters attend level 1 MMA at Clinch, they are 4 and 7. Our hope was our girls would continue to build their self-confidence, strength and learn self defence at Clinch, it has exceeded our expectations! The girls always look forward to attending class, excited to see Coach Sal and Coach Shauna. The girls come away from class energized, happy and proud of what they accomplished. They feel part of a team and community at Clinch.
I would recommend Clinch to any parent.

Coach Sal and coach Shawna provide such a welcoming environment that my parents joined the adults class as well, since they make everyone feel comfortable while they train. Clinch not only improved my boxing skills, but also my confidence, especially since Coach Sal always believes in you.
