★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I recently took the one day Sit Down Counter Balance (S.D.C.B) forklift course at Black's Equipment training. Rick taught the class everything we needed to know. He's great at explaining all the concepts and always encouraged us to ask questions if we didn't understand something. He gave all the students a lot of time on the forklift to practice, which was great as some of us had never driven a forklift before. I would recommend anyone to take his classes. It will cost you less than other places currently charge and you'll get a lot out of his course(s).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offers a lot of knowledge, not just what is written in safety manuals. Its a small class and Rick cares about the success of the students, and can answer any question you have. The entire experience was straightforward and informative, and I was given plenty of time to practice my skills on a forklift. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rick is a excellent instructor who genuinely cares that his students not only understand the theory but are actually capable of operating the equipment by the end of the class. I highly recommend Black's over the larger training centers due to the smaller class sizes and more hands-on approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great and detailed class. Rick was very thorough with teaching everything we needed in order to feel confident while driving a skid steer. Thanks to his careful instructions, I was able to quickly learn to operate the skid steer within the 1 day training. Would recommend his courses to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Journeyman welder of 14 years been through these courses many times before! Ricks background from operating and servicing these machines brought new valuable information to the course. His methods of teaching keep you engaged and interested, apposed to long dry PowerPoints or daunting old videos. I will continue to re cert /recommend Blacks and for once look forward to it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is seriously not worth it, fraud $200 just for putting 5 skids from left to right max 10-15min forklift driving that’s it. This guy promises that your Lisence with photo on it will be mailed at your address within 6 weeks! It’s now 3 months I haven’t got my original Lisence with photo yet. He is not picking the call as well,,, please go for another training centre. This fat guy Doesn’t provide good service at all, 0/10. WORST training centre.
