★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He deserves ➖ one hundred starts. So rude. He doesn't even know the basic customer service. I called the store to make sure my package is there. The music was sooooo loud. I could not hear him . I told him several times that I can not talk while the music is on. He ignored me and said what is your question. He said if you want to pick up your package come to store. When I went to store, He didn't even wear the mask which is mandatory in BC. After 15 minutes, he told me come back it is not here yet.

He provided great suggestions for the Photo mug & the photo frame and ended up with a wonderful finished products. Highly recommend to everyone. I will be going to him for other services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ while the passport picture looks fine and it was done fast, I am giving this 1 star. I had a coupon which I had been saving for $2 off the picture. There was no expiry date. The owner said its too old and was from a long time ago. I said there is no expiry date, how would I know. He said sorry too old. Fine, paid anyways and wont be coming back to this cheap guy. I cant imagine the fight you would have to put up if you ever needed a refund from this place for whatever reason. Hope the $2 savings was worth this 1 star review
