β β β β β Small, quaint and cute sake bar right next to clementine on Jasper Ave. Been frequenting their neighboring restaurant for years and one day out of the blue decided to try this spot out, and boy oh boy was I pleasantly surprised. I love Japanese food and culture so I knew what to expect but the vibe here was different. It felt v intimate and the server really knew sake. She recommended a few for us to try but their highlight beverage in my opinion is the ceaser. I love me some spicy and they deliver. The tapas are also v good and special shout out to their KATSU(fried chicken). I shall be back again :)

β β β β β If you like traditional Japanese food and drinks this is the place to go. Quick service, never too busy, and great food and drink. I often find myself craving their Oolong HI when I want to drink.

β β β β β Ikki Sake bar has a great ambiance with lights and music. I had an el beso margarita and my table ordered food off the happy hour menu. The drink was fantastic. However, when the bill came, we were charged full price for one of the food items, making it almost twice the price. Service was a bit slow and the server was not clear with our order. Food was unknowingly expensive but very decadent.

β β β β β I was here a few weeks ago. I love the experience of this bar! The food was amazing and you pay for a serving of 2 sake bombs and a little snack The staff were awesome and very friendly, definitely inviting friends here in the future.

β β β β β i used to like this place and the izakaya ambience it had but now doesn't feel like an izakaya anymore. i went last week and while I was eating a taco with sushi rice and a sausage while the lights were flashing with different colors and listening reggaeton didn't know how to feel about it just felt like i wanted to pay and leave. I tried the takoyaki which has 2 tiny portions of octopus on each ball and the oolong hi that tasted like nothing it was so watered down. I was so hungry and craving something more "izakaya" like a sashimi or yakitoris but after what I ate i just paid and ended up going to clementine to eat and have a drink in a more relaxed atmosphere.

β β β β β Great service. Nice small place and very personable server. Good with recommendations and great selection. Everything from beginner to high and sake and Japanese whisky with the knowledge to accompany it. Food was really good as well, will for sure be returning.

β β β β β Ikki is a great little sake bar. They've just opened back up after some renovations and they've got a brand new menu.
This would be a great spot to hit after partying down the ave. Our favourite was the Ebi shrimp cocktail and the Choco shots. The Choco comes with two green tea slices of cheesecake with choco sauce.
Dessert shots and cheesecake?! What's not to like.

β β β β β Small sake bar with a chill vibe. Has some really good tasting sake cocktails and appetizers, such as Spam fries (better than it sounds, trust me). The sake bombs are a fun thing to do with friends and quite tasty and reasonably priced (you get 2 for the price on the menu).
