I 1st came here I thought this place was great. The staff at the front were and still are fantastic I my add. A true assist to this surgery. However. I went in for a check up. I was in no pain what so ever. Dr Jou did not x-ray and said I had a cavity and filled it in. That night and the next day I was in agony on that tooth. I came back for an emergency appointment, explained my pain but he wasn't really listening. He just sent me away and told me to take pain killers.
Eventually I went to another dentist. I needed a root canal. The tooth was dead. I had an infection in
my tooth that had spread from the tooth around my mouth and into my bone. I was lucky I didn't get blood poisoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only is the office filled with intricately wrought artwork, but the fish pond and toy sections are a big hit with my kids. Dr. Jou is one of the most professional, yet down-to-earth dentists I've ever met. I'd recommend the experience to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I deal with extreme dental anxiety (due to previous Dentists) and a phobia of needles and was forced to come into Dr. Jou's office when extreme pain kept me from sleeping or eating. His staff was friendly and kind the entire way, got me in the same day I called and took extra care to explain every step to me. I needed a tooth pulled a few days later, he ensured I went home with good pain medication and antibiotics. The day of the procedure I was so scared but his staff again took such good care of me and reassured me the entire way. Dr. Jou was understanding when it took me a few minutes to deal with needles going in my mouth, but once frozen he pulled the tooth and I did not feel a single thing. We joked and laughed and had a great time afterwards, he really changed the way I view the dentist, and I will not be as scared the next time I go. Zero complications. He will be my Dentist as long as they will have me!
+ Got me in ASAP with extreme pain.
+ Front desk is so kind and took care of all insurance questions.
+ Assistants always smiling, caring and patient.
+ Dr. Jou extremely kind and professional, focused on high quality patient care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family have been regular patients of Dr. Sholina Kherani and her teams for almost 25 years now. Dr. Kherani's philosophy seems to demonstrate: interact with the individual first, then treat the patient. Since 1994, I have always felt 'at home' when visiting Dr. Kherani and we have shared many, many stories over the years. Dr. Kherani's interactions with us have always been warm, non-judgmental, accepting, and highly informative to the various treatments available for us. The counter staff always seems very friendly and willing to go that 'extra mile' to help us with our insurance needs. Dr. Sholina Kherani is not only my dentist, but a wonderful friend through the years. I cannot say enough about her and her wonderful staff. If you are looking for a definition of 'professionalism,' please look up the words "Doctor Kherani."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent most of my life scared of the dentist. I have been a patient of Doctor Jou for a few years now and he is the BEST! I will never see any other Dentist. The entire staff is so friendly and I don't dread going to the Dentist anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 stars! Excellent staff who do high quality dental work with gentle hands, kind voices and a sense of humour. No problem if you need a payment plan. No judgement or shaming when my son went to see them after years of neglecting his teeth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to a dental office in Canada. I have high levels of dental anxiety but needed to some dental work.
Patients are first welcomed by a calming space including pond and Koi Fish. They are then welcomed by a smile and hello from the front desk. It only took one visit and they knew my name!
Between dental hygienist and dentist the staff were excellent. They allowed me to play my own music through noise canceling headphones (this helps!) and wear my own sunglasses.
I was thankful for their calming nature, the professionalism displayed for adult patients with anxiety and the high quality of their work.
I am now no longer fearful of dental visits and relish having professionals working on any future needs.
Thanks to the team! I always recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have been seeing Dr. Jou and his staff for the past two decades and we wouldn’t even consider going to another practice. Not only are we welcomed with open arms, but we are truly treated like Dr. Jou’s extended family. Although we only go twice a year, Dr. Jou and his staff always remember details about our lives and consistently check up on us on a personal level. The office is immaculate and COVID-19 measures are followed extensively. I will continue to see Dr. Jou for as long as he chooses to practice. Thank you for making us feel like family.
