D	Dawn Strilchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i came in this past Saturday around 630pm with a friend to celebrate her birthday and we sat in the lounge, it seemed like we waited along time before our server greeted us. I also felt like our server was giving us attitude when we asked when our drinks were coming. Overall the service was slow and it seemed like the server wanted to be somewhere else other than work! The food was delicious as always!

S	Steven Siffledeen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels like Earls is leaning hard on the weight their name carries. Nothing was wrong with my visit but I can't say I was impressed either. Not sure if their burger recipe has changed but considering the cost it's pretty average, especially when there are better burgers within walking distance for the same cost/cheaper. Their new online menu/payment system is convenient but I'm also not sure if it's affecting the service. My server seemed friendly but basic things like an introduction and check-in during the meal were missed (it wasn't busy either). Maybe Earls stopped doing their server training but I remember it being somewhat extensive so was a bit surprised by how minimal contact with the table was.

The first time, our server finally returned to our table to take it back to the kitchen. The second time, we watched as our server went around the room stopping to talk with people, mostly men. We waited long enough that I went to the bar to ask for help before turning around to find the manager at our table. The third time, the manager returned, seeing for herself that it still wasn't done, then offered a salad instead because, yeah, that definitely satisfies the desire for a well-cooked steak. Throughout the experience, our server would walk up, ask how things were but walk away before we could respond, returning to talk to people at other tables, perhaps friends or people she was attracted to. We were told we wouldn't be charged but only the one steak was comped rather than the whole meal. I wouldn't have expected the beers to be removed from the bill, but the entrees definitely should have been. Management should have realized that, with that type of service, two people's evenings were ruined, not just one. I paid the bill but we won't be back. Cactus Club is just a little way east on Jasper Avenue. We were there a week prior to this experience and again a week later, with great service and meals both times.
C	Cole Boychuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at lunch and it was quiet and we were seated/served pretty quickly. Wait staff were very on top of cleaning the tables and getting refills. I got the ahi tuna poke bowl and while the portions of each part weren't as plentiful as the picture but wow, the sauce and the ingredients were so well flavored, and they snuck crunchy bits into the rice that absolutely make the texture of the whole dish.

It's been a while since that day but I can't forget the amazing food and my husband (not a beer guy) can't forget the lager. I ate the most delicious lentil burger ever and can't wait to go back.

Staff was lovely and the new menu items are so fresh and flavourful. Such a nice refresh for our old reliable date joint. Highly recommend
R	Remal E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earls is always a staple place. Love it. Great food. The prices have gone up quite a bit, since pre-Covid, but understandably so. I wish this location would have the Chicken Tenders (it doesn’t because it’s the test kitchen). They have also gotten rid of some pretty classic menu items, such as chili chicken (on jasmine rice), chicken tenders, pan bread etc. Please bring Chicken Tenders back here, and on Earls menu all together. It’s dearly beloved!
