I don't get what it takes to be treated fairly by this company, I was a passenger in a MVA end of 2017 that left me laid up in bed for months in brutal pain and the claim was closed by the adjuster for no reason. Now I get into an accident that could only have happened if the other driver was exceeding the 50km speed limit in the residential neighbourhood the accident occured in by bare min 20 to 30 km and judging from the completely smashed in front end that includes an aftermarket add on steel bush bumper it's fair to consider he could have been going faster than 80km and again in a residential neighbourhood with a 50km posted limit. If that doesn't constitute dangerous I don't know what does.
Anyways blah that's all I have to say on the matter, I will say for anyone not from Nanaimo the Claim Center is in a wierd location ;but relatively easy to find if you have Google Maps access.
Worst case there is plenty of open wifi and hotspots in the area if you don't have data.
If you're going there to deal with anything ICBC related in person (unless you've been told to go there)don't bother they'll send you to the phone in the corner.
There's also plenty of restaurants, gas stations,stores and ammenities in the area.

WAS QUOTED A PRICE!
BUT SHORTED THE CHECK BY ALMOST $1,000 AND SAID HE WOULD SENT THE DIFFERENCE IN THE MAIL... AND IT NEVER CAME
