There is no reason having insurance sorted between provinces should take over one month to complete, multiple phone calls, emails, different statements shared to different parties and unreasonable wait times during every interaction. It has been a complete headache dealing with a particular agent as they cannot figure out left from right, not to mention how short they are over the phone when they are confronted for the mentioned reasons. I will personally not be continuing to work with Allstate nor will I be recommending their services to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When annual policy for home insurance was up for renewal, only a single notice came in the mail that arrived less than 1 week before renewal. It got paid a couple days late but Allstate cancelled the policy and refused to renew it. They forced me to get a brand new policy. The new policy costs double what renewing the old one would have cost.
