N	N Harper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can you say about Costco that hasn't already been said a million times? The parking lot is a chatoic free-for-all where only the strong will survive and all semblances of courtesy are out the window. Provided you make it inside alive, you will find that 99% of the customers in the store are clearly those same witless, mannerless, entitled BMW owners, and will also drive their carts accordingly. You can't walk out of Costco without at least $150 bucks worth of stuff in your arms that you didn't know you wanted. First World Problems aside, Costco does deliver in many areas. The quality (and quantity) of Kirkland branded products is consistently high and it's difficult to argue that the price points don't beat out the local competition on many grocery items. Although it seems that all grocers have gotten into this practice, it's quite annoying that meats (for example) are sold in odd numbered packages in an attempt to get you to buy two. I think I speak for most of us consumers in saying that this is a super un-classy practice and I would have expected better from Costco, where just getting in the door already costs me $120.00 bucks a year. Overall, Costco can (and does) save you money on your grocery bill, but you need to go often enough and make enough purchases for the cost of membership to pay for itself. Good luck out there.

R	Richard Read on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well stocked, and not too congested, even though the parking lot was almost full. It would be great to see a whole food section, where you can confidently buy packaged foods that are free of "may contain" ingredients.

Jason helped me for 3 hours with Costco Visa trying to sort out my application as I have a PO BOX (oh no!) and a maiden name with CIBC. Jason's humour and graciousness made the time fly by and his whole team work like a well oiled machine. It's obvious everyone enjoys working with him. (Hell, I'M tempted to put in an application). Then I went shopping and at the till my debit wasn't working, Ivy swooped me away to a machine that was more reliable and kept her humour through my dozen attempts with multiple cards (renovations, blah blah). Her level of patience and humour is inspiring. All-in-all even though it was a less than ideal day for me, the crew at Costco dealt with it all in stride. With great appreciation and respect, Tamme The girl on the phone for 3 hours.

Prices much higher, on-sale items fewer...a sign of the times, I guess. Still many better deals to be found elsewhere if you shop around. For example, I compared a Napoleon BBQ I bought online from Amazon in December with the Costco warehouse price. It was $300 more at Costco. And Amazon shipped it to my home at no extra cost.
F	FYRD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll find authentic USA products. Fresh baked bread, meats, and produce. Darn cheap and delicious hotdogs, poutine, chicken and pizza! Lots of on sale products from garments to electronic, industrial and automotive you name it! they have it! Just don't forget your wallet at home.
