★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in town and thought I would get my prescription filled here. It turns out they didn't have enough of the certain type of drug and I needed to come back and pick up the rest the next day. Had to go out of my way and back into town the following day.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a real kick in the a@@. My roommate has used this pharmacy for over 10 years and has stuck with them through thick and thin until today! A monthly call in to get his regular refill on his prescriptions was met with an unfriendly response from the "pharmacy manager". The person on the phone would not give his name only that he was the manager. The request for the refill was for (blister packs). The pharmacist stated he was getting the blister packs ready for tomorrow but my roommate could not have his as he had run out of refills. no problem. The pharmacy always contacts the doctor and the doctor faxes in a new prescription every three months. This was not good enough for this "manager". He stated that my roommate would have to come in himself as he would NOT contact the doctor. They have now lost a long term customer and this treatment received will be noted to all who will listen. As for the other staff in the pharmacy. They are fantastic and always are pleasant to deal with.
