★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were doing great for three years...grew my hair out from short to long and LOVE (still using the AVEDA hair care products) ...but then my stylist suggested long layers. NOT EASY CARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one decent cut and colour, from Krista, and two terrible fringe/bangs trims.
The last bang trim was so bad I doubt I’ll return.
I ask for blunt short bangs, the “senior” stylist proceeded to layer them. They look terrible. No one was willing to fix them and both the hair dresser and clerk implied it was my fault for asking for straight across blunt bangs, which apparently is above their capabilities.
The other bad bang trim I had was just cut super crooked.
I wouldn’t recommend this place, its disappointing to say the least especially for an Aveda salon.
I don’t feel my concerns were handled well
Update: it’s been months and I’m still waiting for a callback from the manager. This place shouldn’t be under the aveda name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I originally had a junior hairstylist dye my hair and I was unhappy with how it turned out so a senior stylist redid my hair and I left the hair salon happy and would get my hair done again from the senior stylist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and prices. Wonderful people who work there. 10/10 would recommend! They did an excellent job on my damaged hair and made it look healthy and good for the new year! And they managed to fit me in quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was cancelled once I showed up because the stylist felt she couldn’t do what I wanted (which was simply blond highlights, but she was new & so I can understand she felt inexperienced). However I had asked in booking the appointment if booking in with a new stylist would be an issue, which I was told would not. My concern is how very poorly I was treated by the manager. She was very unapologetic and rude. I understand she was aiming to protect the stylist whom I could tell was very nervous…I certainly have compassion for this and this wasn’t my issue with the experience. Overall, I left feeling embarrassed (as there were other customers in the salon and I had to leave after the consultation), dismissed & like I was a burden.
