★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service. The cashier has the ugliest attitude.I hope she finds a better job. Clearly not happy. I would recommend you go through self checkout. ? it was around 5:10 pm check out lane 8. We were having a good day until she ruined it???♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a pack of sausages and when i looked at the receipt I thought the price was wrong. I went to customer service to point out the error and she asked someone to go check the price.
The problems started when the clerk didn't bother to return for at least 15 minutes. ( I was ignored the first time) When he came back he didn't have a price. Instead he left with another customer to check their price.( I was ignored 2nd time)
I didn't want to wait anymore so I left to take a photo of the price and when i came back the clerk ignored me ( I was ignored 3rd time) and the customers told me to get out of line.
I was so upset i told the manager what happened and he apologized but didn't help me. He pointed out my mistake with the price though.
I want to point out that the two customers that got help ahead of me were white and I'm Chinese. I felt a bit attacked for my race. If i had been white they might have treated me with more respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are always on a mission so you don't get to ask too many questions if you need help. They don't always have many clerks except for Fridays or Saturdays which of course are busy days.
With clothing, make up, jewelry, food, a doctor's office, eye glass place, phone place and pharmacy, they almost always have everything you need. What I love about superstore is their family packs of meat, cereal and snacks. I have a big family so family packs are important.
At the start of spring they take up almost half of the parking for their plant stuff which is very annoying but the cashiers are very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made purchase for over $300 and received Hygiene kit instead of promoted Turkey on flyer December 9. We were expecting Turkey when planning to come. When called them they said that there is no free item this week. How then we get this kit and why it's something else. Huh? At least you could replace it with chicken... No explanation.
