I have been instructed to come back after lunch, then told to come back after 3:30, only to be turned away again as though I'm being unreasonable. Many times my insurance card is not successfully billed. This isn't a problem at another pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone always seems to have a problem with filling medication here. Always being told to come back or wrong medications/prescriptions being filled. Now they seem to be charging a dispensing fee that people don’t have to pay at other pharmacies. Today they filled my moms prescription wrong so that it is unable to be covered by her insurance plan. I don’t understand what is going behind the counter there, they seem so unorganized. I understand the pharmacist has changed a few times but otherwise the same people have been working there for a while now and should be able to set standards on how the place is run successfully.
