★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure this place is still in business. Placed an order for hard goods (no livestock) early June. When it didn’t ship after 3 weeks I wrote and never heard back. Called multiple times (no answer). Six weeks after ordered and paid, I received a refund with no explanation. Unfortunate - this was not my experience a year ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order on May 13th for some pond plants and paid the fee for express shipping. The items arrived 3 weeks later, but on account of the pandemic I understand that delays can happen. When I unpacked the order, two marginal plants were missing. I emailed the store (on June 3rd) when the order arrived, notifying them of the missing items and received no response. I emailed again on June 14th requesting a refund for the two missing items & again received no response. It seems they have no intention of issuing a refund for two items they did not send, nor are they responding with any solution. I've never had an experience with a retailer like this before and would advise against any online purchases when dealing with this particular store.

Best service and products out there
I read some of the negative reviews? sorry for them, never been my experience and I recommend them with no problems. I'm sure Covid didn't help with any business functioning normally without problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time client, placed an order for some pond plants on May 28th, paid extra for express shipping, shipping was almost half of what the order cost, and I still haven’t received my order, won’t be shopping here again. Update…got my order today, June 14th, it has been in transit since June 6th, plants came in pieces, I’m totally dissatisfied, don’t waste your hard earned money here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an Aquascape pond aerator and had some issues. I sent 3 emails about different things and had only one response. Also, they have a phone # but don't answer and don't provide a voicemail option. Once you buy something from them you're totally on your own.
